be my oasis of rest, a time to let my mind wander through the quietude, far
from the thrilling rush of Cons, the excitement of releases, and the
disciplined rigor of writing schedules. Well, the universe chuckled at my
plans, and I find myself penning this update with a wry smile.
A Pause That Wasn’t
I planned to take November off, a complete break, to
recharge and reconnect with myself beyond the author’s desk. The goal? To
return to you and to the page with a renewed vigor. A novel concept indeed!
However, life has its own narrative twists, and as it turns out, my idea of
‘rest’ isn’t conventional.

As the days of November unfolded, a spark of inspiration
